- Participant endorsement of settled Direct Conversation coordinates and the first exact-pair state of the one scope-derived MLS group. The endorsed binding content is settled by the first accepted write and later group state advances only by ordinary Commit; the endorsements themselves are a set, and the second participant endorsement of the same binding MUST be acceptable.
