- Holder-signed terminal rejection bound to the exact request Event and acceptance-receipt digest. It establishes no Contact round and carries no Consent or Contact round evidence fields. Its durable effect is holder-Station private service state under ak.contact.admission.v1 (terminating exactly the matching admission slot), not a Realm typed current result: the payload carries no round, version or lineage coordinate at all, and the never-revives guarantee is held by that slot CAS.
