errorsegment_stream_truncated· reason_code· applies to crypto, service_call

Streaming-chunked AEAD attachment: the stream ended without a valid final segment (last_segment_flag never observed, or fewer segments than `segment_count`). Receivers MUST reject to resist truncation. See zh/crypto-media/media-and-blob.md §3.3.6.
