errorrecording_artifact_pipeline_bypassed· reason_code· applies to service_call

A backend (LiveKit Egress / Janus recording plugin / etc.) attempted to deliver a recording artifact outside the Arkret-side blob pipeline — e.g. an Egress destination pointing to LiveKit Cloud / S3 / GCS direct, instead of the Arkret media service authenticated upload endpoint. Clients MUST fail closed. See zh/crypto-media/call-state.md §5 and zh/crypto-media/media-service-binding.md §8.1.
