account_status_transition_invalid· reason_code· applies to account_status, event_envelope, state_resolutionAn Account Authority issuer-ledger mutation requested a `from → to` status transition not permitted by the account-status legal-transition table — e.g. reactivating a `deactivated` account. The current-head transaction MUST fail with zero account-row/ledger/audit/outbox writes. A successor after `erasure_pending` uses the more specific `erasure_pending_is_terminal`.
